1. The Scriptures
We believe and teach that the Holy Bible, as originally written, consisting of
66 Books comprising the Old and New Testaments is the infallible, inerrant and
complete Word of God. That it was given by inspiration of God - the Holy Spirit guiding
holy men of old in all that they wrote and that its teaching and authority are absolute,
supreme and final for our faith and practice.

2. Creation
We believe in the special creation of the universe and man by God and not in evolution.

3. Trinity of the Godhead
We believe that there is one God, and only one, who is self-existent, eternal and infinite
who has revealed Himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit - these three having precisely the same
nature, attributes and perfections and are worthy of precisely the same homage, confidence and
obedience.

4. Deity and Virgin Birth of Christ
We believe in His Virgin Birth, that He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and therefore,
God manifest in the flesh; that He is both the Son of God and God the Son and that the Scriptures
centre about Him, His person and work.

5. Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is a Divine Person - the Third Person in the Trinity - who
is now, throughout this Age of Grace here present in the true Church, having been sent for the
express purpose of revealing Christ Jesus to the members of the Church, that they may be comforted,
instructed and built up in their most Holy Faith and to the world that sinners may be convicted
of sin, of righteousness and of judgement.

We also believe that the New Testament distinguishes between being indwelt by the Holy Spirit,
which is true of all believers, and being filled with the Spirit, which is the believer's
privilege and duty. There is one baptism in the Spirit, and it is into the Body of Christ, but
there are more fillings. Pentecost is an historical event and is not repeated.

6. The Fall of Man
We believe man was created innocent by God in the image and likeness of God but by disobedience
of the command of God he fell, thereby losing his innocence and all spiritual life, becoming subject
to death both physical and spiritual, and to the powers of the devil.

We believe in the universal and total depravity of mankind therefore in the necessity of regeneration
through the Holy Spirit of God and faith in Jesus Christ.

7. Salvation
We believe Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God and the Son of Man, came into the world to save
man from the guilt and condemnation of sin, offering His blood as an atonement and making it available
to all who exercise faith in Him.

We believe in His substitutionary death, that the Son of God gave "His life a ransom for all"
and "bore our sins in His own body on the tree."

We believe that our redemption is solely by the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, who was made
to be sin, and made a curse for us, dying in our place, a sacrifice acceptable to God, who raised Him
from the dead, and effectual for every sinner who received Him.

We believe that sinners are saved by Grace through Faith in Christ alone and not of ourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works.
We believe the human means by which this result is secured is repentance and faith whereby we turn
to God in sincere contrition and accept Jesus Christ as our all-sufficient Saviour.

God has His purposes of grace in the salvation of men. These purposes are made effectual by the
giving of His Son, and by the constraining and regenerating influence of the Holy Spirit upon all who
sincerely believe on Christ. But these purposes do not contravene the freedom of man's responsibility
to choose, nor render inoperative the proclamation of the gospel to all.

We believe in the Eternal Security of all who are actually born again by the Spirit of God through
faith in Christ as revealed in the Scriptures and that it is the privilege of all such to be assured of
their present salvation and eternal safety.

8. Sanctification
We believe that Sanctification is a setting apart unto God.
- It is already complete for every saved person for his position before God is the same as
Christ's position. Because the believer is in Christ, he is set apart unto God in the same
measure in which Christ is set apart unto God

imperfect as his experience in daily life. Thus there is a progressive sanctification wherein
the Christian grows in grace and is changed by the unhindered power of the Spirit

9. The Church
We believe that the true spiritual Church is comprised of the whole company of believers
of whatever name, age or country united by the Holy Spirit and is known only to the eye of
God. The church formal (the local assembly) is a company of believers baptized in the name
of the Triune God and observing the forms, ordinances and principles laid down in the New
Testament.

We believe in the Great Commission given by our Lord to His Church to evangelize the world.
Evangelization and teaching are the great mission of the Church.

10. Resurrection
We believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ - that He ascended and is now in
Heaven at the Father's right hand as our High Priest and Advocate.

We believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead, according to the Scriptures in bodily
form, and thus became the first-fruit of them that slept; that upon His return He will
raise out from among the dead those that have died in Christ, then those Christians still
living on the earth, this being the first resurrection; and that, after the thousand years,
He will raise them that have died in unbelief from their graves to receive their sentence.

11. Second Coming
Jesus Christ is to come again in bodily form, judge the nations, and fill the earth
with His glory and power. The first event connected with the Lord's coming again will
be the Pretribulation and Premillenial Rapture of the true Church. (Although this is the
position of the Church, belief in the Premillenial position is not a requisite to membership).

12. Satan
We believe that Satan is a personage, the father of lies, a murderer from the beginning
and the great deceiver of all the nations - that he will be overcome by the Lord Jesus Christ
as the seed of the woman and cast into the bottomless pit for a thousand years, released for a
short period, and finally committed to the Lake of Fire with all his angels to be tormented
for ever and ever.

13. Ordinances
- We believe in the total immersion of the believer in water, as the only Biblical form of baptism, prerequisite to church membership,
- And the communion of the Lord's Supper as a privilege peculiar only to those who are believers in Christ.
14. Divine Healing
WWe believe in the Divine healing of the body in accordance with the will of God.

15. Civil Government
Civil Government is of Divine appointment for the interest and good order of human society
and magistrates are to be prayed for, conscientiously honoured and obeyed, except only in
things opposed to the will of God, who is the only Lord of conscience and the Prince of the
Kings of the earth.
